- Supabase Inc. — database and authentication, AWS infrastructure in the European Union region.
Error and stability monitoring is handled by Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., USA).

4. Third-party services
The application relies on the following third-party services:
- Supabase — authentication and database (EU hosting)
- Anthropic (Claude API) — AI coaching
- OpenAI — text-to-speech (TTS) for the coach
- RevenueCat — in-app subscription management
- Sentry — crash and stability monitoring
- Spotify — playback control only, no data shared
- Apple Music — playback control only, no data shared
5. Intellectual property
All content, design, source code of the application and website, as well as the characters Max and Dash, are the exclusive property of Run with Max. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior authorization, is forbidden.
6. Terms of use and limitations
- The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use
- Users must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Union)
- Users are responsible for their physical condition and must consult a doctor before engaging in sport activities if in doubt
- Run with Max does not replace medical advice. Coaching guidance is informational only
